▢ 9 cups Chex Cereal rice or corn ▢ 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips ▢ ½ cup creamy peanut butter ▢ ½ cup unsalted butter ▢ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ▢ 1½ cups powdered sugar

Instructions Step - 1

Place cereal in a large bowl and set aside.

Step - 2

In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter and cook, stirring frequently, until melted.

Step - 3

Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla.

Step - 4

Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated.

Step - 5

Pour into a 2-gallon resealable plastic bag. Add powdered sugar. Seal bag and shake until well coated.

Step - 6

Spread out on a piece of waxed paper to cool, then serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container to store. \ENJOY
