Grilled Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients

▢ 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil ▢ 2 tsp sea salt ▢ 1 tsp garlic powder ▢ 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning ▢ 1/2 tsp ground cumin ▢ 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, * ▢ 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions Step - 1

Preheat grill to med/high heat (400-425°F).

Step - 2

Trim off and remove silver skin from pork tenderloins. Poke all over with a fork.

Step - 3

Coat both sides with 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil.

Step - 4

Combine seasonings in a bowl and rub the seasoning mix all over the tenderloin, pressing to adhere the seasoning to the tenderloin.

Step - 5

Grill pork for 7 minutes per side or until the center reaches 145°F on an instant-read thermometer.

Step - 6

 Remove and let rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes prior to slicing. ENJOY
