▢ 2 (14.5-ounce) cans chicken broth ▢ 2 small heads of broccoli, washed and diced small ▢ 3 tablespoons butter ▢ ⅓ cup all-purpose flour ▢ 3½-4 cups milk ▢ 4 cups cheddar cheese shredded ▢ 1 teaspoon salt ▢ ½ teaspoon garlic pepper

Instructions Step - 1

In a large poIn a large pot, add chicken broth and broccoli. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. t, cook ground beef over medium heat .

While simmering, melt butter in a large saucepan. Whisk in the flour and cook for another minute (or until golden brown).

Whisk in milk and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Step - 4

Add cheese and stir until it is all melted. Add salt and garlic pepper.

Pour cheese sauce into the large pot and stir until well combined.

Step - 6
