Lacto-Ovo-Vegetarian

Ovo-Vegetarian

Ovo-vegetarians exclude meat, fish, poultry, and dairy but include eggs in their diet. They consume plant-based foods along with eggs as a source of protein and other nutrients.

Vegan

Vegans avoid all animal products, including meat, fish, poultry, dairy, eggs, and sometimes honey.

Pescatarian

Although not strictly vegetarian, pescatarians exclude meat and poultry but include fish and other seafood in their diet.

Flexitarian or Semi-Vegetarian

Flexitarians follow a mostly vegetarian diet but occasionally consume meat, fish, or poultry in moderation.
